With 20 years of experience in all things succession including wills, estate planning, deceased estates, and estate disputes, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless individuals, families and entrepreneurs secure their legacies and supporting families after the loss of a loved one.

I’ve worked with a cross-section of Australian society from ultra high net worth individuals and family groups to every-day mum and dad’s wanting to protect their legacy for future generations.

My journey in law has included leadership roles at top firms such as Slater & Gordon, BlueRock Law and Morrows Legal where I led national and multidisciplinary teams, developed estate planning and probate practices, and worked closely with accountants, financial advisors, and legal professionals to provide holistic client solutions. My expertise spans complex estate planning, business succession, probate and estate administration, estate litigation, elder abuse and superannuation matters.

Beyond legal practice, I am passionate about making estate planning accessible and stress-free. I engage in education and outreach through networking events, online content, and speaking engagements to help demystify the process for clients. My goal is to ensure that every client feels confident and secure in their estate planning decisions, knowing their legacy is protected and that families navigating the loss of a loved one are supported through the legal process.

When I’m not practicing law, you’ll find me exploring my love for pop culture, staying active in my local community, listening to my husband Travis’ dad jokes, being mum to my two adult daughters, Sara and Hajra, one teenage step-son Archie, two senior cats Leo & Frankie and a hyperactive 5 year old French Bulldog, Kevin.

Travis brings extensive experience in business development, relationship management, and strategic partnerships across professional services, hospitality, sport, and entertainment industries. With a strong focus on client engagement and long-term relationship building, he works closely with referral partners, clients, and the wider community to support the continued growth of RJM Wills and Estates across Melbourne.

Throughout his career, Travis has successfully managed high-value client portfolios, delivered significant revenue growth, and built trusted partnerships with stakeholders across a range of industries. His previous experience includes senior roles with multiple blue-chip organisations.

Known for his approachable and relationship-driven style, Travis is passionate about helping clients connect with tailored estate planning and legal solutions while strengthening referral networks with financial planners, accountants, and community partners.

Travis holds a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University and brings a strong commercial mindset combined with a genuine commitment to client service.  Outside of work, Travis is a fanatical Hawks supporter and keen golfer.
